 4- and 8-channel broadband multifunction EM receiver GEPARD 4A/8A 

All-in-One multifunction geophysical EM receiver GEPARD-8 is intended for sensitive and accurate registration of electrical and magnetic fields in wide frequency range, both in natural source and control source modes and wide exploration depth intervals. System works with variety of sensors, including grounded and non-grounded electric lines, high frequency and long period induction coil magnetic sensors, fluxgate magnetometers, aircoils and airloops. Flexible configuration of electrical and magnetic channels allows to increase productivity in the field and collect data sets for several methods and sites with one geometrical field layout.

The MTU is the heart of the V5 System 2000. Introduced in the late 1990s, this patented system has now been used at tens of thousands of survey sites worldwide. Flexibility of station spacing from kilometres to tens of metres facilitates cost-effective broad reconnaissance or resolution of fine details in a variety of applications. The MT techniques are excellent supplements to seismic in hydrocarbon exploration, but can also be used alone if logistics or geology make seismic impractical. GPS synchronization means that multiple stand-alone units can be deployed simultaneously in almost any terrain, with no need for interconnecting cables. A small number of magnetic channels can be combined with many electric channels to form an economical system of virtually any size. The deployment of synchronized remote reference stations permits sophisticated noise-reduction methods during processing.

Magnetometer MMPOS-1

The mobile magnetometer MMPOS-1 is the high-precision instrument, based on Overhauser's effect. Magnetometer MMPOS-1 is intended for measuring the module of the earth magnetic field. Magnetometer can be used both for conducting the pedestrian surveys and as the stationary variation station. The mobile magnetometer MMPOS-1 is a scalar Overhauser magnetometer, based on OEM magnetometer POS-1 and data logger DLPOS. It is intended for ground precision geological survey. 

The MMPOS-1 consists from the high-sensitivity (up to 0.01nT, resolution 0.001nT) processor Overhauser sensor POS-1 and specialized waterproof data logger DLPOS whose technical parameters are submitted in corresponding articles. Total weight of the MMPOS-1 in field assembly is up to 4.5 kg and 2.5 kg of 7Ah battery. The 7Аh battery provides up to 24 hours of base station operating at a cycle 1-sec and 5 days at field works.
